Want to get in some exercise, but can’t afford or don’t like gyms? Can’t dance but you can move? Want to get in a little exercise (that doesn’t feel like exercise)? Put on some comfortable clothes and shoes and come groove at the library. This fun program will be video led with library staff providing fun & encouragement. And the beautiful thing is everyone works at their own pace! This program is free but registration is required at the library.
