VIRTUAL PROGRAM: Preserving The Harvest

Preserving the Harvest is a virtual program that we are offering on Friday mornings. This program gives step by step instructions for taking vegetables and fruits fresh from the garden and preserving them by canning, freezing or drying for future use. Topics to date have: Canning Basics, Green Beans, Lime Pickles, and Tomato Juice. We will continue this program into September. 

Every Friday at 9:00 AM.
