Teen Mental Health Awareness Program

  • Alexander Hamilton Memorial Free Library 45 East Main Street Waynesboro, PA, 17268 United States (map)

Learn how to identify your triggers & use your coping skills and supports.

This program is geared towards teens ages 12-18, and parents/guardians are also welcome to attend.

The Community Support Program (CSP), a program of The Mental Health Association of Franklin and Fulton Counties (MHAFF), will be visiting us to discuss how to take care of our mental wellness as teens and what supports are available in the area. Teens and young adults are exposed to unique pressures and stigmas during a time that’s difficult on its own. MHAFF is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit agency that is peer run – every employee has their own lived experience with mental health challenges. With offices in Chambersburg and McConnellsburg, MHAFF programs such as Peer Support, Helpline, support groups, Wellness Activities, Leadership Academy, Art Show, and Wellness Conference are available to all who live or work in Franklin and Fulton Counties. Not sure where to turn or how to access what you need? Start with us.
