Grief can cause teens to experience a confusing jumble of thoughts, memories, and emotions which are commonly referred to as grief reactions. At this hands-on-workshop you will have the opportunity to explore the many different reactions that you carry inside of you and represent them in a layered jar of sand that you can take home.
This activity can be helpful for dealing with all kinds of grief, including the death of an important person, death of a pet, or a friendship or other relationship that is broken or ended.
