The party starting at 11:30 is open to all kid & teen Summer Reading participants & their families (no registration required for the party).

Join us at 10:30 for a performance of “The Little Mermaid” by Bright Star Touring Theatre! Based on the Hans Christian Andersen classic, this is an imaginative story about learning to make one’s way in unfamiliar waters. Hilarious duo Lenny and Mabel – “The Greatest Actors in the World” – provide this fun take on Hans Christian Anderson’s classic fairy tale, The Little Mermaid. The story follows the adventures of a mermaid who wishes to become human and win the heart of a human prince. This surprising tale of love and loss explores the difficulty of being yourself, and is quite a bit different from popular movie versions. See how with The Little Mermaid!   (All Ages).

This show is part of our End of Summer Party for Kids and Teens.  We invite kids, teens, and their families to join us after the show for pizza, ice cream, and the awarding of the Summer Reading Prize Baskets and the special book sets! 

Each kid and teen who participated in Summer Reading also gets to choose a free book to keep!

The play should wrap up by 11:30 AM, and our party will run until 12:30 PM.
